• 2. Refund is not allowed on orders because of change of mind of customer.
• 3. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
• 4. If you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You have to send an email within 7 days of purchase with the proof of damaged or wrong book on this (sales@prastutibooks.com). Our team will inspect it and process your exchange or refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase and it may take upto 7 business days for a refund.
